The secret to success

A wise man once told me that you have to, "Manage your Manager." I now know what he meant when he told me that. Basically in order for you to be successful you have to make sure that you are pulling the strings of your manager and in some cases your managers manager.

What am i here for?

Let me get this straight, I get called to the office to get chewed out for doing to much to help the kids. Really? Really? You are upset with me for picking up the slack of the department chair that you empowered. Wow!
